As a result of the strike on Ternopil, the death toll has risen to 38: among them eight children.

According to ТСН: The number of fatalities in Ternopil has risen to 38 following an enemy attack on November 19.

This was reported by the head of the Ternopil regional police, Serhiy Zyubanenko. Rescuers discovered the bodies of two more people who were previously considered missing. Currently, three more adults remain missing.

“Two more deceased individuals have been identified who were previously considered missing.”

Thus, as of December 8, the total number of deaths as a result of the missile strike on Ternopil stands at 38, among whom are eight children.

At the moment, investigative actions are ongoing.

Recall that Russian troops attacked Ternopil in the night of November 19, resulting in a hit on one of the residential buildings in the city.

According to Ukraine's Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko, as a result of the strike, people were burned alive, as one of the locations experienced building destruction, while another caught fire.

This tragic event underscores the horrific consequences of military actions on civilians, as among the dead are children. The investigation is ongoing, and we hope that those responsible will be held accountable. Such attacks should invoke international reactions and solidarity with the Ukrainian people, who continue to fight against the aggressor.
