According to TSN.ua: Kyiv and Kyiv region have suffered massive attacks on energy infrastructure, leading to the introduction of emergency blackouts in the area. Consequently, stabilization schedules for outages have been canceled until further notice. Energy workers are operating around the clock, trying to provide electricity to the population.

As a result of the attacks, about five hundred apartment buildings remain without heating. This has caused concern among residents who are awaiting the restoration of normal energy supply. At the same time, a number of supermarkets, notably Novus in Pozniaky and Osokorky, have suspended their operations due to electricity disruptions. However, the ATB network is reportedly operating smoothly, which may be important for supplying residents with food during this challenging situation.
