Emergency power outages in Kyiv

According to ТСН: Emergency power outages have begun in Kyiv for the urgent stabilization of the energy system. Residents received this information through the "Kyiv Digital" application.

The Left Bank of the capital is currently subject to emergency outages due to damage to energy facilities.

"Due to damage to energy facilities and the difficult situation in the energy system, emergency outages continue on the left bank of Kyiv because damaged networks are overloaded. Stabilization outages continue on the Right Bank,"
– they note in Ukrenergo.

Problems with electricity supply have been reported in the Darnytskyi, Dniprovskiy, and Desnyanskyi districts. The company "Kyivenergo" thanked residents for their patience and assured that they are doing everything possible for the rapid restoration of electricity supply.

On the Right Bank of Kyiv, standard outage schedules continue to operate. Residents who have lost electricity during the 'white zone' of the schedule can leave a request through the official chatbot.

Stabilization outage schedules have currently been suspended to respond to network overloads. Residents are asked to prepare in advance for possible temporary outages.

The city authorities promise to notify residents about the restoration of the normal electricity supply schedule as soon as the situation stabilizes.

We remind you that in most regions of Ukraine, electricity shutdown schedules are currently being implemented. According to energy specialists, such measures are caused by the consequences of massive attacks on energy facilities. Hourly outage schedules are in effect in many regions.

The situation with electricity supply in Kyiv demonstrates the seriousness of problems in the country’s energy infrastructure. The constant increase in load on the network and damage to facilities requires a swift and decisive response from energy companies and local authorities. Given the electricity supply issues, it is essential for residents to be prepared for possible outages and to keep track of updates from energy services.
