According to ТСН: In the state of Florida, a light aircraft Beechcraft 55 made an emergency landing on a busy highway, resulting in a collision with a Toyota Camry.

The 27-year-old pilot was forced to land urgently due to engine problems.

Video footage from a car behind shows the plane landing on the road and striking the vehicle. After the collision, the plane bounced and veered slightly to the side.

Witness Jim Coffey, whose car captured the moment, noted that the plane flew just a few centimeters from him, avoiding a crash.

The woman driving the Camry was taken to the hospital; fortunately, she sustained only minor injuries. The pilot and his passenger remained unharmed.

Consequences of the incident

Photos from the accident site show that the car's trunk sustained significant damage, while the aircraft lost its nose and a wheel.

The incident will be investigated by the Federal Aviation Administration.

It is also worth noting that previously a Thunderbirds fighter jet crashed in the Southern California desert, but the pilot was able to eject successfully.
