Electricity supply and critical infrastructure

According to Kim, last night, settlements in the Bashtanka and Mykolaiv districts, as well as critical infrastructure and electric transport in the city of Mykolaiv, were left without electricity.

"We are switching all critical infrastructure facilities to generators,"
Kim noted.

Currently, the following measures have been implemented: the launch of the Mykolaiv CHPP using its own gas turbines has begun; 45 of the most powerful district and quarter boiler houses of OCP "Mykolaivoblteploenergo" have been activated, providing for 85% of consumers; work is ongoing to connect other boiler houses to backup sources; generators have been put into operation at all major technological facilities of MCP "Mykolaivvodokanal", which provide water supply and wastewater removal; stable operation of the new main water pipeline has been ensured.

Further actions and support

Kim also noted that after achieving the necessary technological parameters at the CHPP and entering the generation capacities, priority will be given to supplying electricity to 31 critical infrastructure facilities. A backup electricity supply scheme for the city of Mykolaiv is being prepared.

The head of the regional military administration reported that 200 points of invincibility have been opened, of which 37 are in Mykolaiv, 73 in the Bashtanka district, and 90 in the Mykolaiv district.

In Mykolaiv, 38 trolleybuses with autonomous movement, 38 buses, and 221 private transport units have been put into operation. In total, 297 units of urban transport are operating on the routes.

"As of 09:00 AM, those with electricity in the region - the consumption schedules currently do not apply to you. In other areas, energy workers are working; time is needed,"
Kim added.

Earlier, it was reported that during the night and morning, the Russians shelled Mykolaiv region. The city continues to recover from the attacks, and the local administration is making efforts to stabilize power supply and ensure the functioning of critical infrastructure. In this difficult time, it is important to maintain communication with the population and provide resources to overcome the consequences of the attacks.
