The shortest winter period in the capital
Let us remind you that this year's winter lasted only 24 days. This is the shortest winter period in the capital during the entire observation period, except for the winter of 2019-2020, when it did not occur at all.
By the way, Kyiv is finishing the heating season. As noted by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, the city authorities made this decision considering the meteorologists' forecast regarding stable warming. From March 24, the disconnection of heating supply to residential buildings will begin. However, buildings of social institutions, such as medical institutions, kindergartens, schools, and others, will be disconnected according to separate requests from their managers.
