According to police information, the conflict occurred between the couple due to jealousy. During the argument, the man struck the woman in the chest with a kitchen knife. The woman died at the scene from her injuries.

At the time of the incident, there were two minor children in the house, one of whom called the police.

Law enforcement officers detained the man, who did not deny his guilt. Investigators have opened a criminal proceeding on this matter.

In addition, in Kyiv region, a woman killed her partner out of jealousy. Now the 25-year-old woman may face up to 15 years in prison.
