Russian troops carried out an attack on critical infrastructure objects in Vinnytsia region. This was reported by Nataliya Zabolotna, the first deputy head of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration. As a result of the explosions, a private house was damaged. Information about casualties is currently unavailable. Services arrived at the scene to eliminate the consequences of the attack.

Later, Zabolotna reported that during the attack by Russian troops over the Vinnytsia region, 15 drones and 22 cruise missiles were detected. 2 drones and 4 missiles were shot down, while 8 drones went missing. Critical infrastructure objects, as well as a school and houses, were damaged. As a result, two civilians were injured.

Zabolotna emphasized that all services are working to eliminate the consequences. Power and water supplies are being restored. Pyrotechnic inspections are being conducted to detect explosive objects. Firefighters localized and extinguished the fires caused by the hits. Railway transport movement, which was stopped, has been resumed.

Additionally, Russian invaders attacked energy facilities in the Poltava region, injuring five people. An infrastructure object in Lutsk was also damaged, where one person died. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a 69-year-old man was killed as a result of the attack. Acts of aggression by Russia have also begun to be identified in other regions of Ukraine.

The situation regarding the energy sector has become so severe that 'Points of Invincibility' have been introduced in Kyiv. The government ordered DTEK to carry out emergency power outages. Many regions of Ukraine experienced power outages. Fortunately, 'Ukrzaliznytsia' solved the issue of passenger transportation by using reserve locomotives.
