According to Novyny.live: Starting in June 2023, Naftogaz Ukraine has introduced new services at over 1,500 Nova Poshta branches, giving customers more ways to handle gas-related tasks. This partnership aims to make essential processes more accessible for households across the country.

- switching gas suppliers
- submitting a request for a new gas connection
- obtaining a reconciliation statement
- requesting a certificate confirming no outstanding debt

Remote Assistance Through the 'Kub' Service
Additionally, in 2023, Naftogaz launched the 'Kub' remote service platform. Through this system, customers can update personal details such as last name, phone number, email address, and passport information. The 'Kub' service also provides access to:
- reconciliation statements
- certificates for benefits or subsidies
- proof of no outstanding debts
- subsidy eligibility checks
