Attack on Hutsulia in Sheptytsky: Three Minor Girls Charged.
According to ТСН: In the Lviv region, law enforcement has taken control of the situation involving three minor girls who attacked participants of the ensemble 'Hutsulia' during an incident at a gas station in Sheptytsky. One of the girls, aged 17, was issued administrative protocols for hooliganism and drinking alcohol in prohibited places.
According to police information, fines, community service, or administrative arrest for 15 days are imposed for these offenses.
In addition, administrative protocols were drawn up against the legal representatives of the two other girls and a 17-year-old boy from Sheptytsky for failure to fulfill parental responsibilities regarding the upbringing of children.
Two adults were also charged for buying alcohol and providing it to minors, which falls under the article on contributing to intoxication.
All participants in the incident may receive fines, and the case materials have been sent to court.
It is known that earlier, law enforcement identified the identities of four young people involved in the situation. Two of them are 21 years old, while the others are 17 and 18 years old.
This incident draws attention to the issue of underage alcohol consumption and the responsibility of adults for the upbringing of children. The incident reflected the difficulties society faces in modern conditions and may prompt more active measures from families and the state.
