According to ТСН: In all settlements of the Odesa region, heating and water supply have already been restored. The majority of the region is also receiving electricity.

This was reported by Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba. He noted that emergency teams are actively working to restore electricity for about 30,000 subscribers in two districts of Odesa and the region.

“Work is ongoing continuously to restore electricity to every household as quickly as possible,” emphasized Kuleba.

It should be noted that a state-level emergency was declared in the Odesa region due to prolonged disruptions to normal living conditions for more than 50,000 residents of the region. Entrepreneurs are urged to use lighting only when necessary.

A decision has also been made to allocate additional funds from the reserve fund to communities to replenish supplies of fuel and lubricants.

“This is necessary to ensure uninterrupted operation of generators that supply critical infrastructure facilities: hospitals, educational institutions, points of resilience, and other vital establishments,” reported Kiper.

In light of these efforts, residents of the Odesa region hope for a quick return to normal life. The situation in the region remains complicated, and the restoration of all vital systems is a priority for local authorities and the state.
