Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban officially divorced: how they will share their children

According to ТСН: Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman and singer Keith Urban have finalized their divorce after three months of court proceedings.

They reached a peaceful agreement, waiving alimony payments and splitting expenses evenly. According to People magazine, the parenting plan for their two daughters - 15-year-old Faith and 17-year-old Sunday - stipulates that the parents will "interact with each other and with each child in a way that ensures loving, stable, consistent, and caring relationships despite the divorce."

"They will not speak poorly of each other or of the other parent’s family members. They will encourage each child to continue to love each parent and feel comfortable with both," the agreement states.

The primary residence for Faith and Sunday will remain Kidman’s home, where she will live with her daughters 306 days a year. Urban is allotted 59 days a year, and the daughters are allowed to spend every other weekend with him from Saturday to Sunday.

"Both parents share joint responsibility for important decisions regarding their daughters' lives," the documents state.

For reference, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's relationship had deteriorated last year. After 19 years of marriage, they decided to divorce but continue to raise their daughters, who were born through surrogacy.

Recently, actress Amy Schumer also completed her divorce process with her farmer husband. She humorously explained what caused this difficult decision.

Thus, the culmination of Kidman and Urban's divorce marks the end of their shared story that lasted nearly two decades. Importantly, both parents are willing to maintain good relationships for the well-being of their daughters. This reflects their desire to preserve stability in their children's lives despite personal challenges.
