According to inkorr.com: On October 2nd, a day of mourning has been declared in the Odesa region due to the death of nine people in Odesa as a result of severe weather. This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper.

«Among those who died are five members of one family, including a child. This is an unspeakable pain for all of Odesa and our common loss. Tomorrow, on the day of mourning, the state flags of Ukraine will be flown at half-mast on the buildings of government authorities, enterprises, institutions, and organizations in the region, and entertainment events will be limited,» the message states.
