Occupants check the phones of schoolchildren: what they can be punished for in the TOT.
According to inkorr.com: In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, students face difficulties in accessing free information due to new restrictions. Russian military checks children's phones for such applications as YouTube, Spotify, and VPN services to control their actions. This is reported by 'Glavkom' with reference to the Center for National Resistance.
Invasion of personal space
The occupying authorities interfere in the personal lives of schoolchildren, forcing them to show the contents of their devices under the pretext of so-called concern for security. This is aimed at creating a closed information space dominated by Kremlin propaganda, limiting access to the outside world.
Control over education
The Russian side seeks to control the educational process and influence the formation of future generations, depriving them of the opportunity to independently choose sources of information and develop critical thinking.
Strict control over access to information for schoolchildren in occupied territories indicates attempts by Russian occupants to create a closed information space and influence the worldview of youth. This creates serious challenges for the development of critical thinking and opportunities for obtaining quality education for new generations.
