Olga Sumska Responds to Criticism

According to TSN.ua: Ukrainian actress Olga Sumska has spoken out after facing backlash for posting an Instagram video featuring a track by Russian blogger Sergey Grigoriev-Appolonov. She explained that she was unaware of who performed the song 'Je reviens te chercher' and removed the video as soon as commenters pointed out the artist’s identity.

“I didn’t really know he was the one singing it. I deleted it immediately the moment I saw it in the comments. So, thanks to my haters for letting me know right away,” – Olga Sumska

Sumska also made her stance toward the performer clear, stating: “This artist… He’s not an artist, first of all. He’s a blogger who hasn’t lived in that country for over 20 years.”

The video sparked outrage among Sumska’s followers, forcing her to act quickly and take down the content. The incident highlights the growing importance of being mindful when selecting music and its creators, especially given the current social and political climate.
