According to ТСН: Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban is heading to Moscow on November 28 to discuss the issue of low energy prices for his country.
The politician announced this on social media, stating:
“We are heading to Moscow! Energy security and affordable, low energy prices during the winter months in Hungary — this is why we traveled to Washington, and for this reason, I am now going to Moscow.”
Furthermore, journalist Szabolcs Pani previously informed that Orban is apparently preparing for negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Viktor Orban's visit to Moscow highlights the importance of energy security for Hungary, especially during the winter months. Hungary, seeking to ensure its energy needs, is actively looking for ways to reduce energy costs. It is expected that during the meeting, the politicians will discuss not only prices but also possible forms of cooperation in the energy sector.
