Specific Requirements for Documenting Work History

Under the new requirements, a record of compulsory military service can be added to a digital work history based on a military ID. However, periods of entrepreneurial activity are not logged in the traditional work record book. Instead, proof of such activity must be provided via an extract from the Unified State Register. This means self-employed individuals must secure these official documents to verify their work history for pension purposes.

For those wishing to submit their information remotely, an online option is available through the Ukrainian Pension Fund's portal after completing an authorization process.
