It turns out that live events are the ideal space for gaining professional skills and confidence. 91% of young professionals consider in-person events one of the most effective ways to improve social and interpersonal competence. Furthermore, 89% agree that connections made at offline events are important for achieving professional goals.

According to the results of the study, 86% of Generation Z representatives expressed a desire to see an increase in spending on live events within companies. At the same time, technological progress has caused feelings of isolation in 69% of respondents, who feel detached from colleagues in their field.
