Andriy Vitrenko stated that the deputy mayor Mykola Povoroznik, who has been suspended from work, continues to appear at the KCSA, signs documents, and even participated in the celebration of Vitali Klitschko's birthday. According to him, there is one person in the Kyiv City Council from whom the execution of the decision to dismiss Povoroznik depends, but this process is ongoing.

'He doesn't do this. He starts some behind-the-scenes games. He gives the opportunity to take Povoroznik to court. Moreover, he filed in two courts. One court denied his complaint. The other court granted this complaint, but not in full.'
, — noted the deputy.

It is noted that earlier the court granted a request from the lawyer of the first deputy of Klitschko to recognize the dismissal decision as unlawful and to cancel it. Vitali Klitschko suspended Povoroznik from performing his duties during the investigation.

With the addition that despite the fact that Mykola Povoroznik was suspended from the position of deputy mayor of Kyiv, he continues to visit the workplace and sign documents, as the execution of the decision to dismiss him is complicated by the court filing and delays in resolving this issue. This situation creates misunderstandings and problems in the Kyiv city government.
