According to TSN.ua: Border guards from the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi detachment performed a dramatic rescue on the Kuchurhan Estuary in the Odesa region, saving children who had fallen through thin ice. The incident began when a group of teenagers found themselves in peril; one managed to reach the shore and call for help. The Kuchurhan Estuary is a large body of water where ice conditions can be unpredictable in winter.
Responding swiftly, a border patrol arrived on a hovercraft and pulled the children from the freezing water. An ambulance team was already waiting on the scene. The guards' rapid intervention successfully prevented a tragedy.
