Company "Metinvest" offers support to war veterans
Ukrainian company "Metinvest" has developed comprehensive programs to support war veterans, which include psychological and physical rehabilitation, as well as professional development. The company also provides the opportunity for free retraining for veterans, as well as preferential admission conditions to the first private university "Metinvest Polytechnic". In addition, there is a professional adaptation program for former military personnel and a mentorship program to renew professional knowledge and skills.
The company is ready to employ thousands of veterans from the labor market. "Metinvest" has opened 4,000 vacancies in engineering and technical specialties. Attention is also paid to the rehabilitation of veterans, particularly psychological trauma, requiring a comprehensive approach from psychologists and therapists.
