One of the key features of the 'Army+' app - report submission - will become even more accessible thanks to digitalization. Online learning has also appeared in the app. This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization, Kateryna Chernogorenko, as reported by a correspondent of 'Glavkom'.

The Deputy Minister noted that the app 'Army+' now implements the ability to submit five different reports, including the popular Form Five.

Five new types of reports have become available:

obtaining Form Five certificate;leaving the garrison;exemption from official duties due to health conditions;payment for signing the first contract;leave after being released from captivity.

Additionally, the functionality of reports has expanded. Now the initiator can withdraw a report, and commanders can view the previous approver of the report. For example, a company commander can see that at the previous stage, a soldier's report was already approved by a platoon commander and then make a decision on approval.

Chernogorenko emphasized that gradually paper reports will be replaced by electronic ones, and already more than 10,000 have been submitted through the app.

In addition, the Deputy Minister noted that for the first Time, online learning is being launched in 'Army+'. The first version of the platform will offer three training courses:

  • General Training.
  • Life in Field Conditions.
  • Unmanned Systems. UAV Basics.

'Training in 'Army+' will be available to every authorized military personnel. It's about knowledge and practical advice from the military to help navigate military service conditions and save lives. Further, these courses will be able to complement basic training for recruits and help practice practical skills even in field conditions,' — noted the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization.

According to Kateryna Chernogorenko, new courses will be added monthly. The next topics will be 'Communication on the Battlefield' and 'Psychological Preparedness'.

The Deputy Minister added that the number of servicemen using the 'Army+' app has reached 340,000.

Recall, on August 8, President Volodymyr Zelensky officially announced the launch of the 'Army+' app for Ukrainian servicemen.

Later, the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko noted that one of the basic functions available in the 'Army+' app is electronic reports.

The 'Army+' app also allows for creating reports. The Ministry of Defense notes that in the app, electronic reports can be drafted, signed, sent, and tracked. The ministry has released a video explaining step-by-step how to do this.
