Russia is ready for massive strikes: Disinformation Counteraction Center made a statement.
The Russian Federation has accumulated a large number of missiles for massive strikes on Ukraine – Disinformation Counteraction Center
The head of the Disinformation Counteraction Center, Andriy Kovalenko, stated that the Russian Federation has accumulated a sufficient number of missiles for massive strikes on Ukraine. In particular, Russian missiles are located at airfields and continue to accumulate. Kovalenko also noted that aviation is ready for action.
This indicates that the Russians are already practicing the tactic of launches with missile simulation. According to Kovalenko, the enemy uses simulation launches to pressure psychological states.
Recall that today an air raid alert was announced across the entire territory of Ukraine due to the take-off of Tu-95MS and MiG-31K aircraft. However, missile launches did not occur. At night, an air raid alert also continued in Kyiv due to an attack by UAVs from the Russian armed forces.
Earlier, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksandr Lytvynenko, noted that massive Russian strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure are expected at the beginning of the heating season.
The government of Ukraine claims that there will be no problems with the country's energy supply until the end of October and in November, and also hopes that this winter will pass almost without outages.
It is also worth noting that all nine power units operating on the territory of Ukraine are ready for winter work because planned repairs at the country's power plants were completed in Time.
In addition, the European Commission and G7 countries and other partners have raised over $4 billion for the restoration of Ukraine's energy infrastructure since the beginning of Russia's invasion.
