Russia attacked a residential building in Sumy region at night: five injured.
According to ТСН: On the night of December 8, Russian forces attacked the Okhtyrka community in the Sumy region, using three strike drones. One of the drones hit a multi-storey residential building.
This was reported by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleg Grygorov.
According to preliminary data, five civilians were injured and taken to the hospital. Medical staff are already providing necessary assistance to all the victims, and their condition is currently being clarified.
Emergency services at work
Emergency rescue units are working at the scene, dealing with the aftermath of the attack and inspecting the damaged buildings.
According to official data, the strike was aimed at civilian infrastructure while people were sleeping in their homes.
The authorities urge residents of the region not to ignore air raid signals and to remain in safe places, as the threat of repeated attacks still exists.
This attack is yet another evidence of the tense situation in the region, where civilians are gaining survival experience in the conditions of hostilities. Locals continue to support each other, trying to avoid similar threats in the future.
