Attack of Russian invaders on Sloviansk TPP
According to inkorr.com: On October 30, Russian invaders struck the energy infrastructure for the second time this month, hitting the Sloviansk TPP. This was reported by President Volodymyr Zelensky on the 'Glavkom' portal.

Support from Western partners
President Zelensky emphasized the importance of technical support for Ukraine from G7 countries, particularly Norway, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. He noted that the Ukrainian Minister of Energy is negotiating with the relevant ministers for additional assistance.
Assistance to the energy system
As of October 31, electricity consumption restrictions have been imposed in all regions of Ukraine due to constant attacks by Russian invaders on the energy system. Emergency recovery work is currently ongoing to restore electricity supply after these attacks.
After the attack on Sloviansk TPP, President Zelensky called for urgent actions from the global community in response to the aggression of Russian invaders. Ukraine continues to seek support from Western partners to protect its energy infrastructure and is preparing for further measures to stabilize the situation.
