Russia approved a list of 47 countries that contradict 'Russian spiritual and moral' values.
Russian officials have compiled a list of countries with opposing positions to Russia
Scientists from the Institute for the Study of War determined that the Kremlin uses Soviet-era tactics, and there are clear ideological divisions in the world.
On September 20, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin approved a list of 47 countries that have 'destructive attitudes' and do not correspond to 'Russian spiritual and moral' values.
The list includes Western and allied countries but does not include Slovakia, Hungary, Turkey, Moldova, and Georgia.
Russian officials accuse the West and the USA of creating ideological divisions but actively pursue similar policies themselves.
In addition, the Kremlin is intensifying efforts to create Eurasian forums and security mechanisms to strengthen its position and exclude the West.
It was also found that the Russian government is focusing on establishing state ideology, particularly on 'traditional values,' violating constitutional prohibitions.
