Russian occupiers attacked the Odesa district with strike drones on the night of February 14

Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military-Civil Administration, reported that the attack caused damage to the pier, an uncontrolled recreation base, and a passenger car.

Local fires occurred as a result of the hits, but firefighters quickly extinguished them. Fortunately, no one was injured.

Law enforcement officers documented the consequences of the attack, and all necessary services are working at the scene.

It should also be noted that this is already the second day in a row that the Russian Federation has attacked the pier in the Odesa region with drones. Earlier, on the night of February 13, as a result of the attack, one man was injured in the Izmail district.

Moreover, on the night of February 14, a fire occurred due to a drone attack in the Kyiv region, which led to the destruction of warehouses.

President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that a Russian strike drone with a warhead hit the protective shelter at the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant. The fire was extinguished, and the radiation background remained unchanged, but the shelter sustained significant damage.

The International Atomic Energy Agency continues to investigate the explosion that occurred above the Chornobyl NPP sarcophagus and led to the fire. The sarcophagus protects the remains of reactor number 4.
