According to ТСН: In Kherson, over 40.5 thousand subscribers were left without heating due to the suspension of the local thermal power plant caused by the actions of the Russian armed forces. Local authorities are looking for alternative heating supply options.

The head of the regional military administration Oleksandr Prokudin noted:

“The Kherson TPP is a completely civilian facility that provided heating to the city residents and has suffered serious damage: the premises and equipment of the station have been damaged. Terrorists are once again waging war against the civilian population.”

In light of the situation, Prokudin plans to convene an operational meeting to discuss possible solutions for alternative heating supply for the buildings connected to the TPP. He is also negotiating with partners to provide electric heaters and other heating means for the residents of Kherson.

The city continues to operate "Points of Unbreakability."

Moreover, it has become known that a 6-year-old girl died due to enemy shelling after sustaining injuries; doctors were unable to save her.
