Russians struck the railway station in Kherson: passenger train damaged (updated).


On Thursday, March 27, Russian occupiers attacked the railway station in Kherson and the surrounding infrastructure, reports the press service of 'Ukrzaliznytsia'.
As a result of the shelling, a carriage of train No. 110 Kherson - Lviv, which departed with a delay of 1.5 hours, was damaged. Fortunately, no one was injured as all staff and passengers were in shelters. The damaged carriage will be replaced with a spare one on the way.
According to preliminary information, windows in the station building have been damaged, and there are ruptures of power and water supply cables.
On the same day, March 27, the Russian army carried out an attack on the center of Kherson, resulting in the death of two people and several injuries. This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Administration Oleksandr Prokudin and the head of the Kherson City Administration Roman Mrochko.
As a result of the shelling, a 55-year-old woman lost her life, and a 56-year-old man was taken to the hospital with mine-explosive injuries. Also, due to the attack, power supply was disconnected in some areas of Kherson.
Later, it became known that fatal injuries were received by a man who was at the bus stop.
Earlier in the morning, Russian forces attacked an 82-year-old woman with a drone. She received fatal injuries.
Recall that the occupiers also attacked Kharkiv. This was reported by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov and the head of the Kharkiv Regional Administration Oleg Synehubov. The Mayor of Kharkiv stated that the enemy carried out at least 12 attacks on the city with its combat drones.
