Kherson left without electricity due to massive Russian strikes: what is known.
According to ТСН: Kherson and part of the region have been left without electricity as a result of massive attacks from Russia.
The head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, commented on the situation:
«As a result of massive Russian strikes on Ukraine, part of the Kherson region, including the city of Kherson, has been de-energized. We are clarifying the consequences. Details will be reported later».
A resident of the Daryivska community, Halyna, reported that there has been no electricity in the village since December 12:
«There was no electricity since morning. Generators have been connected wherever possible. The shelling of Kherson is very noticeable».
The situation in the Mykolaiv region
Throughout the night and in the morning, Russian troops shelled Mykolaiv region. The enemy attacked critical and industrial infrastructure in the region. Currently, populated areas of the Bashtanka and Mykolaiv districts are left without electricity supply.
The situation in the regions remains complicated. The response of local authorities and energy services to the consequences of the attacks is urgent, as restoring electricity supply is an urgent need for residents. In this difficult time, it is important to maintain communication with affected communities and provide them with everything necessary.
