The average salary in Ukraine has increased by 3.3 thousand: how this will affect pension calculations.
In March, pensioners in Ukraine received a significant increase in their pensions. This was reported by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, noting that the state successfully fulfilled the pension indexation plan. As a result, the average pension amount increased to 6,345 hryvnias.

According to Shmyhal, the increase applies to more than 10 million Ukrainians and amounts to 11.5%. He also noted that all pension payments for March were made on time. Starting April 1, automatic indexation will be introduced for nearly 630,000 working pensioners, which will depend on their updated insurance record.
