Six Ukrainian Regions Left Without Power After Russian Strikes on Energy Grid.
Ukraine's Energy Infrastructure Under Strain
According to Novyny.live: As of the morning of March 26, six regions of Ukraine have experienced power outages due to Russian attacks on energy infrastructure. The affected areas include Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Sumy, Chernihiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv. The most severe disruptions are reported in Odesa and Chernihiv, where large territories have been left without electricity.
In the Chernihiv region alone, approximately 150,000 subscribers are without power. The energy situation across these regions remains tense, and restoring Ukraine's power grid is estimated to require around $91 billion. In response, the government is urging citizens to use electricity sparingly to reduce strain on the system.
The new plan focuses on enhanced protection of the energy system.

Critical Power Supply Situation
Ukraine's power supply situation remains critical, especially amid ongoing military conflicts and continuous shelling. Authorities are actively working to protect and restore energy infrastructure, but the enormous financial costs threaten the stability of the power grid.
Encouraging the public to conserve electricity is a key measure to reduce system load and help stabilize supply. It is essential that all citizens follow recommendations for energy savings.
