Ukrainian Armed Forces Lose Control Over Siversk: What Is Happening in Donetsk.
According to ТСН: Analytical and monitoring communities report that the Ukrainian Defense Forces have lost control over the city of Siversk in the Donetsk region. According to their data, the settlement is currently in the so-called 'red zone'.
Earlier, some sources confirmed the penetration and establishment of enemy units within the city. Meanwhile, official representatives of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces claim that Siversk remains under the control of Ukrainian troops.
The Situation in Hrabovske
In addition, analysts report that the settlement Hrabovske has also come under the control of Russian troops, located in the same direction.
It is worth noting that an earlier report from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) indicated that Russian forces likely captured Siversk after 41 months of active fighting.
These events indicate a continuation of front movements in the Donetsk region, highlighting the challenging situation for Ukrainian defenders. The loss of control over Siversk and Hrabovske represents a significant phase in the ongoing confrontation in the region and suggests possible changes in the military strategies of both sides.
