While attempting to overtake, she obstructed a BMW 530D, causing its 24-year-old driver to lose control and collide with a MAN truck. The young man succumbed to his injuries in the ambulance, while two passengers in the BMW sustained physical harm. The Mazda driver was detained under Article 208 of Ukraine’s Criminal Procedure Code, and a pre-trial investigation is now underway to determine all circumstances of the event.
