Why Solar Power Is Gaining Traction

According to TSN.ua: Sergey Kovalenko, CEO of YASNO, highlighted the surging demand for solar power plants (SPPs) and energy-saving units (ESUs). These technologies are becoming increasingly relevant for consumers looking to cut their energy bills. Installing 1 kW of solar capacity starts at $350, while 1 kW of energy-saving equipment runs about $230.

Combined Solutions for Maximum Efficiency

According to Kovalenko,

“today, the most common request is for a combined SPP and ESU setup.”
This indicates that more and more customers are opting for integrated energy-saving solutions. On average, solar power plants pay for themselves within 2 years, making them an attractive investment.

Kovalenko also noted that

“I call this the entry level. Then the client sees the results and wants more.”
Combining SPPs with ESUs significantly boosts the internal rate of return (IRR) on investments. This trend underscores the growing appeal of clean, cost-effective energy technologies.

The rising interest in solar power plants and energy-saving units reflects broader shifts in energy policy and consumer behavior. With traditional energy prices climbing and sustainability becoming a priority, investing in renewable energy sources is now a key move for many households and businesses. This could further accelerate the energy market's evolution and intensify competition among providers of green tech solutions.
