Special Operation 'Ukraine Does Not Want Peace': How Russia Tries to Shift Blame for the War.

The Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council reported on the plans of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service to spread disinformation about Ukraine preparing terrorist attacks in EU countries to disrupt peace negotiations. However, in reality, these attacks may be planned by Russia itself.
The Director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergey Naryshkin, known as a long-Time friend of Putin, controls the Russian information operation called 'Ukraine Does Not Want Peace'. This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation.
According to the head of the Center, Andriy Kovalенка, Naryshkin has already organized cable diversions against NATO countries, trying to blame Ukraine, and is now starting to talk about preparing acts of terrorism regarding vessels.
'Now Naryshkin is trying to repeat his act and is spreading lies about 'Ukraine preparing terrorist attacks in the EU'. But in fact, all this is being done by Russia, which has carried out a number of diversions and arsons in EU and NATO countries, and even attempted to kill the CEO of Rheinmetall, as indicated in the Alliance,' Kovalенко noted.
Kovalенко reported that Naryshkin is currently preparing new diversions to blame Ukraine.
'However, he is so incompetent that it immediately becomes obvious that it will be Russia itself doing this. This is all part of a campaign to blame Ukraine for the disruption of peace that Russia itself does not want,' Kovalенко emphasized.
