According to ТСН: The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov emphasized that "the old world is destroyed, it no longer exists."

He expressed this idea at the forum "We Will Endure". Budanov pointed out that the anniversary of the signing of the Budapest memorandum confirms his words, as at that time Ukraine renounced nuclear weapons in exchange for security guarantees.

"Today is also the anniversary of the Budapest memorandum. So, all I want to say is that the old world is destroyed. It has collapsed, it no longer exists. You can look at it differently, good or bad, but we just have to recognize that it no longer exists. And the rights that existed before no longer exist either. The old rules cannot work and will not work. The Budapest memorandum and its anniversary - are just a direct confirmation of my words," said the head of the GUR.

It is also worth noting that Budanov and SBU head Vasyl Maluk are considered the best representatives of Ukraine for future peace negotiations.

Moreover, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky approved a new composition of the Ukrainian delegation that is negotiating with the United States and other international partners, as well as with representatives of the Russian Federation to achieve stable and fair peace.

These events underscore the importance of adhering to international agreements and finding paths for peaceful conflict resolution. Thanks to the active position of the Ukrainian leadership, the country continues to keep hope for a safe and stable future afloat.
