The Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal talked about the number of citizens who applied for the 'Winter eSupport' and how they spent the received funds.
According to Shmyhal, over 13 million citizens applied, and nearly 12 million have already received payments under the 'Winter eSupport' program.
The largest portion of Ukrainians spent this money on utility bills - 56%. In addition, the funds were directed towards the purchase of medicines, books, and donations to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
