According to TSN.ua: A 55-year-old man, a father of three who lived with his 18-year-old daughter, died in Dnipro after being beaten by military personnel from a Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC). The victim had served in law enforcement for over 20 years, highlighting his extensive professional experience and contribution to public order. The event occurred on February 6, 2023, when the man went out into his yard with his dog and encountered TCC representatives. He died from injuries sustained in the assault. Police have detained three servicemen connected to the incident. A friend of the deceased identified him, stating:
“This is my classmate - Oleksandr Prokopenko”
