Murder in Kharkiv

According to ТСН: In Kharkiv, an 11th grade student committed the murder of a man and received a sentence of ten years in prison.

This information is confirmed by the decision of the Novobavarsky District Court of Kharkiv.

“The accused broke into the territory of an abandoned house in Kharkiv through a hole in the fence, where he met an unknown drug-addicted man. On the basis of personal animosity towards drug addicts, the boy decided to kill the man. The boy went to the store and stole a hammer with a rubber handle 'Belt',” the agency's statement said.

Returning to the abandoned house where the victim lived, the boy was already armed with a hammer and a folding knife. He struck the victim's head with the hammer at least seven times and also stabbed him in the neck with a knife.

After committing the crime, the teenager fled the scene and told his classmate about it on social media, after which he was detained by the police.

In court, the boy fully admitted his guilt. The court found him guilty of intentional murder with aggravating circumstances and sentenced him to ten years in prison.

Furthermore, it is worth noting that cases of domestic violence continue in Ukraine. Recently, in the Poltava region, a son killed his father during a conflict, which indicates a troubling trend of violence in families.
