According to ТСН: On the night of January 13, residents of Kharkiv heard a series of strong explosions. The day before, several regions of Ukraine declared an air alarm due to the threat of ballistic strikes.

The explosions were reported by Kharkiv's mayor Igor Terekhov, who clarified that the sounds were heard outside the city.

“The explosions that were heard in the city occurred outside Kharkiv - in the nearest suburb”

Earlier, an air alarm had also been declared in several regions due to the threat of ballistic strikes. Later, the military detected fast-moving targets approaching the Kharkiv region.

The head of the OVA, Oleg Synegubov, reported that the enemy struck outside the city.

In addition, the Air Force reported a significant accumulation of strike drones near Kharkiv, which poses an additional threat to the region.

It was previously reported that a 'Molniya' type drone hit an infrastructure facility in the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv on the night of January 11.

An explosion was also registered in Kharkiv during the attack of enemy strike drones.
