The number of deaths in Kharkiv due to Russian shelling on Monday, August 18, has increased. The occupiers killed five people.

This was announced by the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, on Telegram.
Terekhov stated that currently, five deaths are known.
'Already five dead at the site of the morning enemy strike on Kharkiv', he wrote.
Earlier, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, reported that as a result of the explosions, fires occurred in apartments and ceilings collapsed. In addition, partial destruction and collapses were recorded.
As a result of the Russian shelling in Kharkiv, five people were killed, which is a troubling signal amidst the growing tension in eastern Ukraine.
