Ukrenergo refutes the information spread online that allegedly 70% of consumers in Kyiv are currently without electricity.
The company confirmed that recently there has been information in some media and Telegram channels stating that 70% of consumers in Kyiv have lost electricity. In this regard, Ukrenergo provided the following explanations:
Emergency shutdowns that occurred in the capital have currently been canceled.
The actual number of consumers without electricity in Kyiv does not exceed 50%.
Hourly shutdowns in Kyiv are being introduced according to previously published schedules.
Additionally, updated stabilization shutdown schedules for regions of Ukraine were previously published.
