Water pipeline accident in Kyiv: EC Avenue flooded due to geyser.
According to ТСН: A water pipeline burst occurred on European Union Avenue in Kyiv, leading to the formation of a geyser and flooding part of the road. The emergency situation was caused by an accident on the main water pipeline with a diameter of 600 mm.
Kyivvodokanal confirmed that the burst took place in a well located directly on the roadway.
A team from REV-3 is working at the scene, making efforts to completely eliminate the leak.
Experts promise to minimize inconveniences for local residents and drivers and to quickly stabilize the operation of the network.
Explosion in Kyiv
Recall that on the afternoon of December 11, an explosion of an unknown device occurred on Revutskoho Street in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv. As a result, one person died, and another was injured.
The head of the public council at the Ministry of Internal Affairs (2019-2021) Volodymyr Martynenko emphasized that the enemy disguises explosives as ordinary objects, and therefore advises paying attention to everything around us. This could be a phone, bag, or even documents. It is important not to touch it yourself and to call the appropriate services.
The situation with the water pipeline accident caused inconveniences in traffic on European Union Avenue, but services are already working to resolve the issue. Regarding the explosion, it is important to remain cautious and report any suspicious items to the relevant services.
