According to ТСН: A fire broke out in the intensive care unit of a hospital in the Sviatoshyn district of Kyiv.
According to the State Emergency Service of Kyiv, the alarm about the fire was received at 07:41.
The area of the fire was about 15 square meters, and the fire was completely extinguished by 08:20. During the firefighting, rescuers evacuated six people, including two individuals with limited mobility.
Law enforcement officials are investigating the causes and circumstances of the fire.
It should be noted that earlier in India, at least 23 people burned alive in a nightclub.
The subsequent actions of law enforcement and rescuers are aimed at clarifying the circumstances of the incident that could have endangered the patients' lives. Such incidents raise concerns about the safety of medical facilities, so it is important that the investigation results contribute to improving safety measures in hospitals.
