According to TSN.ua: A coordination headquarters is being established in Kyiv to monitor the electricity situation. Against the backdrop of the introduction of a state of emergency in Ukraine's energy sector, the newly appointed First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, will head this headquarters.
