Among the suspects are the scheme's masterminds and intermediaries who facilitated the process.
Investigators confirmed that 31 individuals used the group's services to leave the country with no intention of returning. The price for this 'service package' was $4,000 per person, highlighting a significant demand for such illegal avenues. The organizers' illicit monthly profits exceeded $60,000, a substantial sum for this type of criminal enterprise. Authorities apprehended a co-organizer and an intermediary while they were receiving a payment installment of $5,500.
