Fatal accident on Naberezhnoho Shose: driver killed, three passengers hospitalized.
According to ТСН: A tragedy occurred in Kyiv on Naberezhnoho Shose — the driver died as a result of the accident.
According to the Kyiv police, the accident happened around midnight.
“An 18-year-old BMW driver, moving from the Metro Bridge towards the Vidubichi station, lost control and veered off the roadway, colliding with the concrete barrier of the underground passage”.
The driver was killed at the scene of the accident, and three passengers, aged 18, 20, and 24, were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity.
The police investigators opened a criminal proceeding under part 2 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding violations of traffic safety rules.
Recall that recently in Pryluky, police struck two individuals, leading to the death of a child and injury of a woman.
This tragedy once again highlights the seriousness of the situation on Ukrainian roads. Accidents with high mortality and injuries, especially among young drivers, have become a pressing issue. Authorities call for adherence to safety rules and attentiveness on the roads to prevent similar incidents in the future.
