According to ТСН: A serious incident occurred at the Gullyver shopping center in Kyiv: on December 22, a flood formed, and more than 20 centimeters of water collected in the shops.

Problems on the Left Bank of Kyiv
Earlier, there were also reports of flooding on the left bank of the capital, particularly on the Boulevard of the Verkhovna Rada. Emergency crews are already working on-site.
