Shooting in the yard of a high-rise building
The shooting occurred at about five-thirty in the evening in the yard of a high-rise building. The man fired at a group of children who, in his opinion, were talking too loudly.
The group consisted of six teenagers: four girls and two boys. The youngest child is only 12 years old, and the oldest is 16.
Witnesses note that the children were indeed making a lot of noise, which angered the resident of the building.
Initially, the man made a remark to them, but when the children ignored it, he decided to take more radical measures. He shone a flashlight on them and fired from the rifle, using shot.
At the screams of the frightened children, neighbors ran out. Four teenagers immediately sought medical help, and later two more. According to doctors, all sustained non-fatal injuries.

The man was shooting shot from a hunting rifle. He previously had a permit to use firearms, but it was valid only until 2018.
Neighbors report that even when sober, the shooter had complained several times about the group of teenagers. Other residents also faced communication problems with the children.
“I do not defend him for the shooting, but honestly, the children... School-aged children drink alcohol, smoke, curse, and just tell the adults to get lost,” says a neighbor.
“They provoke, saying: just touch - you will have problems. A real mess is being created!” says another neighbor.
As of today, five children remain in the hospital, one is recovering at home. The shooter has been detained.
He has been charged with attempted murder, which could lead to a penalty of 7 to 15 years in prison.
